OneHaus is available as a subscription with monthly and annual plans. Here is everything you need to know about pricing and managing your subscription.

Available Plans

OneHaus offers two subscription options:

  • Monthly plan: Pay month to month with the flexibility to cancel at any time.
  • Annual plan: Billed once per year at a reduced rate compared to paying monthly.

Exact pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and platform.

Free Trial

Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial, no card needed. During the trial, you have full access to every feature in OneHaus. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. The trial length is shown on the subscription screen when you sign up.

After the trial period, your subscription begins automatically unless you cancel beforehand.

Managing Your Subscription

You manage your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or through our payment partner Polar (web). OneHaus does not handle payments directly. To change plans, update payment methods, or review billing history on iPhone:

  1. Open your device's settings.
  2. Navigate to your subscription management screen.
  3. Find OneHaus in your list of active subscriptions.
  4. Make your changes from there.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.

Once your subscription expires, you keep read-only access to your data. You can view your tasks, calendar events, shopping lists, and inventory. However, you cannot create or edit items until you resubscribe.

Tips

  • Every plan starts with a free trial, so you can explore every feature before deciding. The annual plan costs around 25% less than paying monthly.
  • Set a reminder before your trial ends if you want to evaluate whether OneHaus is right for your household.
  • If you manage a large household, remember that all members are included in every plan. There is no per-member fee.

Troubleshooting

Subscription not showing as active Try restoring your purchase. Open OneHaus, go to Settings, and look for a Restore Purchase option. This re-syncs your subscription status with the App Store or Google Play.

Charged after cancelling Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you were charged, check whether the cancellation was processed before or after the renewal date. Contact Apple or Google support for billing disputes.
