About OneHaus

Every household has a lot going on. Groceries, vet visits, bills. Most families keep track of it all with a mix of apps, sticky notes, and someone's memory.

I looked at what was out there and kept hitting the same problem: every app treats the household as separate to-do lists. But a household runs on coordination. If one person doesn't know what the other is handling, things get missed.

OneHaus is one app for the whole household. Tasks, calendars, shopping lists, home inventory, and AI that helps keep everything on track.

I'm Stuart, a software engineer who's spent the last decade building technology at companies like ClearBank, Checkout.com, and Illuvium. Somewhere between leading engineering teams and becoming a dad to a one-year-old girl (not to mention our golden retriever), I realised the hardest system I managed wasn't at work. It was at home.

My partner and I tried everything. Shared notes apps, calendar syncs, messaging threads with reminders. Nothing stuck because none of it was designed for how a household actually works. So I started building something that was.

OneHaus is the result. It started as a personal project to keep our own house running smoothly. It grew into something I think every family could use.
