Welcome to OneHaus, a shared place for everything involved in running a home.

What is OneHaus?

OneHaus runs on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android, and connects to the AI assistant you already use. It helps families and households share the mental load of running a home. Instead of one person tracking every chore, appointment and errand, everyone works from the same place.

Every member of your household can see what needs doing, who is responsible, and what is coming up. No more sticky notes on the fridge, and no more finding out about an appointment the morning it happens.

What is in it:

Tasks & Chores: Create, assign, rotate, and track household responsibilities
Task Packs: Ready-made checklists for projects and routines like Moving House and Car Maintenance
Calendar & Events: A shared household calendar that syncs with the calendar on your phone, one way or both
Shopping Lists: As many named lists as your home needs, shared with everyone
Recipes: Save and share household recipes, then add ingredients to your shopping list
Meal Planning: Plan the week's meals from your recipes and fill your shopping list in one go
Home Inventory: Track appliances, vehicles, pets, documents, and subscriptions
Contacts & People: Store details for plumbers, vets, electricians, and other household contacts
AI Chat: Manage your household with natural language and voice
House Review: A regular look at what your household is missing, with recommendations you can act on, put off, or skip
Browser Extension: Save recipes, events, products and contacts from any website. Coming soon.
Widgets, Watch & Shortcuts: Counts and next-ups on your home screen, lock screen and Apple Watch face
Siri & Spotlight: Ask Siri what is due, and find tasks and shopping items from iPhone search

Every new household starts with a free 30 day trial of all of it. After that, one-off tasks, shopping lists and feedback stay free, and the rest is OneHaus Pro.

Your home screen

The home screen shows you where the household stands:

Stats grid: At-a-glance counts of your tasks, events, and shopping list items. Tap any stat to see the details.
Today panel: What actually needs you today, overdue tasks first.
Suggestion chips: Shortcuts like "Review overdue", "Today's schedule" and "This week", which change with what you have on.
Chat input: Type or speak to OneHaus at any time from the home screen.
