Help & Feedback
We want OneHaus to work well for your household. If you run into a problem, have an idea for a new feature, or just want to share your thoughts, you can send feedback directly from the app.
Submitting Feedback
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Send Feedback. Choose a feedback type:
- Feedback: Something you want to tell us about your experience. Include as much detail as possible so we can understand and act on it.
- Feature Request: An idea for something new you would like to see in OneHaus. Describe what you need and why it would be useful for your household.
- General Inquiry: Anything else. Questions, comments, or suggestions all fit here.
Add a title (up to 200 characters) and a description (up to 5,000 characters), then tap Submit. Your feedback is sent directly to the OneHaus team.
What Happens Next
Your feedback is reviewed by the OneHaus team. For feedback submissions, we investigate and work on improvements. For feature requests, we consider them for future updates. You may receive a response through the app if we need more information or have an update to share.
We read every submission. Even if you do not receive a direct reply, your feedback helps shape the direction of OneHaus.
What's New
When OneHaus releases new features or improvements, you will see a "What's New" notification in the app. This keeps you informed about changes without needing to check release notes manually. Tap the notification to see a summary of what has changed.
Getting More Help
For quick help, use the AI Chat in the app. Describe your issue and OneHaus can often guide you to the right feature or setting. For example, try asking "How do I sync my calendar?" or "Where do I change my task filter?"
For additional support, visit our Support page or reach out on social media. We are happy to help.
Tips
- For feedback reports, include the steps you took before the problem occurred. The more detail you provide, the faster we can understand and address the issue.
- Check the "What's New" section after an app update. The feature you requested may already be available.
- If you are unsure whether something is a bug or expected behaviour, submit it as a general inquiry. We will sort it out.
Troubleshooting
Feedback not submitting Check your internet connection and try again.
No response to my feedback We review all submissions, but not every one receives an individual reply. Feedback that affects multiple users is prioritized. If your issue is urgent, visit our Support page for faster assistance.
"What's New" notification not appearing Make sure notifications are enabled for OneHaus on your device. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > OneHaus. See Notifications & Reminders for more details.
