Share into OneHaus turns text from anywhere on your phone into household items, without retyping. See a class schedule in a message, a shopping list in a note, or event details in an email? Share it to OneHaus and let the AI work out what to add.

How It Works

In any app — Messages, Notes, email, a browser, anywhere with a share button — select the text and tap Share.
Choose OneHaus from your device's share sheet. OneHaus opens, whether it was closed or already running, and sends the text to the OneHaus AI.
The AI reads the text and proposes a set of items it thinks you want to add.
Review the proposals, make any changes, and accept the ones you want.

What OneHaus Can Create

From shared text, OneHaus can propose:

Tasks
Recurring tasks
Calendar events
Shopping list items
Contacts

Proposals are grouped by type so they are easy to scan.

Reviewing Proposals

Nothing is added until you confirm. In the review sheet you can:

Edit the title of any proposed item inline before accepting it.
Deselect anything you do not want. Every item starts selected, so just untick the ones to skip.
Accept all selected items at once with a single tap. Blank items are ignored.

OneHaus then creates the selected items and lets you know if any could not be added.

Tips

Ideal for forwarding the details of a party invite, a tradesperson's quote, or a recipe's ingredients straight into your household.
Trim the shared text down to the part that matters if you want more focused proposals.
Review the titles before accepting — a quick edit now is faster than fixing an item later.

Troubleshooting

OneHaus is not in my share sheet: Make sure OneHaus is installed and you have opened it at least once. On iOS, you may need to scroll the share sheet and tap More to enable OneHaus.
I was asked to upgrade: Share into OneHaus is a Premium feature. See Plans & Subscription.
A proposal looks wrong: Edit its title before accepting, or deselect it and add the item manually. The more specific the shared text, the better the proposals.
